Shipping Policy

Order processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed after 2 PM ET may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Estimated delivery within the US is 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We don't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International orders and duties If we ship to your country, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in the order total.

Delays We aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out.
